  I applaud the ideas you raise, but sadly in the real world to be a whistleblower you need protection
  and and at this time this is not in place.
  Many have taken this route only to be hounded out of the jobs at a later stage.
  
  With regard to South yorkshire police, yes sadly it sounds like a big cover up/freemasonary?
  Without doubt the police need to be accountable to the public
  The South Yorkshire police have seriously tarnished the reputation of the police everywhere
