    Although not afraid of a bit of confrontation..surely it would be far better and more effective if an elected representative speaking on behalf of the citizens of Dover approached the owners and told them to get their 'fingers' out.

    It's no good having a dog and barking theeself lad otherwise we may as well dispense with the whole lot of them and save ourselves a few bob.
