    The Dover bid is quietly moving forward with a core working group of local businesses meeting regularly now. there has been and will continue to be involvement of councils and community groups, but this needs to be a business driven initiative.

    Publicity does not win bids, but potentially leaves egg on face when one is unsuccessful
