HGV stationary on townwall st.

  Noticed this morning at 1110 approx. A hgv stationary with hazard lights flashing just before the delivery entrance to st james retail area on Townwall st.
  if it was broken down i would expect to have seen the driver directing traffic.On my return 5 minutes later there was a queue of foreign hgv's stopped behind it.
  Maybe the queue of hgv's thought it was part of the tap scheme,which was in operation.
  
  Parking a hgv in that position cannot be safe.
  Bring back proper apprenticeships !

  On my return 5 minutes later,the parked hgv was in the loading area,
  
  sorry missed that part out.
  Bring back proper apprenticeships !

  james,tap starts at Aycliffe where the traffic lights are just before the western hieghts roundabout is.

  Yes there is no doubt of that fact.
  Road safety is my concern,part of Townwall St in my opinion is potentially dangerous for all users. That is my personal opinion.
