    Brian - went through 2 uninstalls and 2 reinstalls under guidance from HP teccies. It was not loaded by disc in the first place, it was on-line and it is the HP updated in-line drivers that are screwing the whole thing up. They have no answers other than go through the whole time consuming process again. Either they refund me the money as it is within the warrenty period so I can take it elsewhere or I bill them for further wasted time at £150/hour because that is my rate. Thats their choice.
