    Sounds like their tech support was spot on, something many companies aren't very good at. If the product has a fault then exchange it, you can't slate a company name, esp. after all the post sales support you received, because of one faulty product. In this mass production world we live in it's to be expected.

    I use a HP laptop and printer and have found both to be good.

    Just my opinion :)
