Paul,
You might like to mention our new and sad discovery. He's in Row B very close to the Irish Guardsman and Royal West Kent private killed by shelling.
This is L/Cpl Victor Park of the 5th Battalion Dorsetshire Regiment killed on the 30th December 1940. At the time his Regiment was stationed in the Grand Shaft Barracks area and billeted inside the Drop Redoubt for protection against shelling. What is remarkable about this grave is that we've found his name in the Side Arms Store in the Redoubt where he must have scribbled it one night during November or December.
I'm trying to find out details about him and his sad death at the moment, but I'd imagine it was either via shelling or bombing.
