That's a good one Ed. It's unusual to see any picture of the Corps as they seem to be like hen's teeth. I've managed to get hold of copies of just eight, and three of them are so poor quality they are virtually unusable.
Yep, that's Dover College (Officer Training College) and it was taken at the Easter Parade on the 4th April 1915 (despite it saying March on the card). The Dover Express ran the photo alongside another of Mayor Farley's Dover Volunteer Training Corps who were also lined up, albeit not in uniform.
If you look carefully at the photo you can see the six crews lined up in ranks, i.e. two per searchlight station working alternate nights. There is also the small active-service RN contingent in their RN 'blues' standing to the side behind Rev. Hayward Fisher.
Dover College was their training and parade grounds and where they engaged in many shooting competitions. The chapel there was the official Corps chapel.
