    Can't blame DDC as they did not organise it and were not told about it until DHB applied for some road closures DHB have known about it for some while I understand. If it was not for certain individuals at DDC, Nigel Collor being one, we would have not heard anything at all...

    It is very bad indeed that the organisers did not think to publicise this in Dover and the surrounding area.
