    Yes a very topical hard hitting post Ed for sure. I hate to bring politics into it but isnt this the equivalent of selling off the nations gold when the prices were low. The Tories were forever giving Labour a hard time on that one. Perhaps its not on the same scale but selling off the national assets for a pittance is surely terrible. The awful site of the Nimrod type planes being smashed was gut wrenching after they had cost millions. This is still being discussed by the chattering classes on Sky News etc.

    The talking heads were also talking about the ship mentioned and shown by Ed there.

    I believe the Ark Royal is on an internet auction site. Ive seen pictures of its listing on TV. More than a bit shameful that.
