  years gone by the hells angels used to ride into towns and pour fear into locals
  in the past dover being one of the towns.
  but that doesnt appear to happen much these days.
  
  having said that recently in hythe area two gangs did fall out and a sussex gang came to the hythe area to sort out a kent gang member leaving what they thought was for dead, but he actually recovered.
  
  so these gangs still exist and im sure(i have no proof) that they sort out any issues internally(if you get my drift lol)
