  This picture from a few moments ago.
  
  It appears that they are replacing or adding a new walkway on Dover 2. Saw this very heavy crane in the past couple of days, a new addition to the skyline and we can see why this morning.

  Just a little bit more Dock news today...
  
  saw this tugboat spraying the surrounding water around lunchtime. Not sure but there may have been a spillage of some sort. They usually do this for great launches or to welcome visitors but nobody appeared...so I assumed the worst re spillage.
