After a very dull start to the day the Sun arrived with a vengance about midday and with it a very warn humid breeze. Hopefully the stage is set for a lovely weekend.
Beach and barbie weather guaranteed. The sun should hopefully bring out the crowds for Barrys Hellfire weekend,

My cousin who lives in Newcastle has just reported that the storm is bad enough up there to intefere with the electricity so unless it blows itself out before it arrives we're in for a doozy by tomorrow night.

Apart from approx 7 drops of rain it's still hot and very humid here in Essex. It's been in the upper 80s all day. Promise of thunder showers tomorrow - please

I hate to complain about the weather but I'm melting

Nobody wants to see our very own ''Tomb Goddess tumbling in the torrid heat''
I thought the storm was coming in from a SouWesterely direction hitting here first on its way to the mainland but Stephanie reckons it's coming in from the NorEast.

Thanks for the picture Howard.
However my storm-dar begs to differ. The air is charged with more elctricity than a Beyoncé concert.
We shall see...

Hailstones this morning and now roaring thunder and lightening.. awaiting a downpour. TV Satellite down. Should be fun. However typing this post under the table is proving somewhat irkesome
