  There has been a vehicle in Biggin Street for a couple of days advertising health MOT's. Doesn't say what that entails or when it is open. I would think that KCC should give some sort of notice so that the public are aware of the service.

  Its outside Superdrug,its been open most afternoons when i,ve passed by.Dont know its opening hours but i,d imagine its open all day.
