the health secretary announced today that in future n.h.s patients will be asked after treatment whether they were happy with the service.
seems a completely pointless bureaucratic exercise to me.
we all know people who see nothing right with the n.h.s and people that cannot see anything wrong with them.
our forum proves that be the case.

I've only ever had fantastic service at the NHS, Howard!
Earlier this year they may well have saved my life.

100% there Alex.
Did they supply a straw for your cider?

I know that this is how it is done at the moment, absolutely nothing new.

Ian, that must have been about 6 months ago. It was caused by a series of bites from some poisonous insect or possibly spider. But nothing ever experienced previously on my part.
I had to go on anti-biotics.
The NHS staff were very nice to me and got me onto my medicine straight away.
The point of my post 2 was simply to say I was happy with the service. I din't intend making a long drama out of it.
Done to death already on these threads - Howards query was about the questionnaire. And I agree - a tick box exercise that will only serve to feed whatever stats they want to feed.
