    Perhaps I should clarify a bit better Barry as I am better at talking than writing. The third paragraph of your post was precisely the point I was trying to make, the political threads de-generate into meaningless, pointless drivel, to the point it becomes boring.
    I welcome your blog it is akin to the old politics page, a bit pro-tory but then that is to be expected.
