Aren't some kept in a field at Staple ?
I'm sure we have seen some there.
This reminds me of, years ago, two policemen in a patrol car at 4am in the morning, going through residential area north of the city of Lincoln, and one said to the other: Can you see what I see?
It was a kangaroo hopping along the road in front of their car. With help from other members of the force, the animal was finally cornered in the carpark of the Police HQ,but kept jumping over everyone !!
Dr Morey (I think that was his name) kept kangaroos in his large, high-walled garden, and if you wanted to see them you went upstairs in a double decker which went past the garden. He had them for many years, and wrote a book I think, called the Lincoln kangaroos.
