so 2/3 of roiters are being kept in custody
we have one case of a loss of of council house due to their child being caught in the rioters
i see a picture of harry,s fnfoield characther being caught in it too
if you remember the story he was anti parents and i could see him following the crowd not to cause damage but say get a mobile phone
but should the parents if they were in council house lose their house due to his actions ?
if it was a couple in their 20,s the answer may be different

Ron there is already a thread on this very subject.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

ron
not sure what your point is
many youngsters do follow each other like sheep
but a lot of others do a lot of good work in communities
ALL POSTS ARE MY OWN PERSONAL VIEWS

It's probably to do with gang-association: in London in particular, gangs turned out to riot, already organised and trained through years of gang-discipline.
As we began to see, local residents started to organise themselves in defence groups, Sikhs, Muslims, Anglo-Saxons, to hold back the gang- mobs.
This meant that they realised the Police were unable to guarantee sufficient protection, their numbers being insufficient.
No-one can say that the Anglo-Saxons, Sikhs or Muslims started this one off. It was pure and evil gang-mentality that needs sorting out!
Gang-crime is illegal, and it's about time it got stopped.

i think that ron is making the point that a little bit of opportunism was the driving factor behind many youngsters involvement in the riots.
we have seen so many make petty thefts that will leave a stain on their record.
