    Howard, should the River Watch have still been performing without all of the bullshit and the red tape, we would not be at the stage we are now.
    It would have been done and dusted and looking towards better and bigger things.

    NO offence taken Howard. I just feel ashamed of what we have and what we could have. It's still a very personel thing to me this river, I live on it, I breath it.

    I may have saw something yesterday for the first time but cannot confirm it until I'm posotive...............................or have a photo.
