  two weeks away but our splendid museum has announced family days on the 26th and 27th october.
  
  the latter is where we all design hallowe'en masks, the former is games day with families introduced to games popular through the ages.
  
  the former mentioned 4 games as examples and all made me think of forum members or local insitutions that they could apply to.
  
  1)draughts = victor in a huff.
  2)happy families = nigel and susan.
  3)battleships = blue barry.
  4) snakes and ladders = the council chamber/chamber of commerce allegedly.

  Hello again Vic. We did have an exchange of emails a short while back. In those emails I did try to encourage you to continue but you didnt want to at the time. But thats okay, everyone needs a little time out now and again though. We do try to make sure every one of our members can post in relative comfort. Its not always possible to spot everything at every time, but we do try. We are not keen on having very aggressive stuff posted that makes other members want to leave.
  
  So hopefully you are back with us and all happy again.
  
  
  
  For half term I might consider taking my oul bones up to London to spend an hour or two with medico daughter. That indoor surf machine looks good Marek bet Briony would like a go on that.

  Howard ,I thought your posting very amusing .We all need to have a sense of humour.There are so many sad things going on around us My lovely friend Roger always had a sense of fun he made jokes when Council meetings got a tad boring .
  I have just written a card for him just to let him know he is not forgotten .
