  That's a bit simplistic Howard, even though it just about hits the spot. My own view is that there are some principled hacks, but so few it does not mitigate the scum. It is only when you, or someone close to you, has experience of the nasty and totally careless approach and tactics of the press that you realise how unsound all the news actually is! My own experience supports this, in that in the absence of real facts facts of any sort are added and any challenge to this is met with the advice that to pursue it is to expect trouble and it is less painful to simply step away. I certainly see the press differently these days.........
