  Roger and Ray....happy to help if I can. I will email you both. I'm just starting a new project in the village 'Chance Meadow Park' which is our village centre traditional style park. Installed in 1972, the park is in a stare of disrepair and items have had to be removed for health and safety reasons. We already have £9000 of funding but need at least £20,000 to get this finished. Again I will pull in the tradesmen from our village and use their 'free' manpower, it is important to have the support of the community as with their help many costs can be dissolved and it is this type of community cohesion that funders are very interested in and are keener to support.   I also found a real asset his name is Mark McGeehan, company Mscape, typically a landscape gardener by trade but is also a playground installer and qualified inspector. He is a sole trader and has single handedly transformed Guston....he's flexible so works as and when funding is available and he has cut our installation charges by half. He's fantastic! He's living in Lydden at the mo but based out of Whitfield. His partner came to our 'Guston Green' opening and spoke to me about lack of play facilities in Lydden and that she would be keen to help!
  
  Get him on board as soon as you have acquired the land!
