    apparently the gritters have been out and about, haven't been down my way yet.

    in response to criticisms over the unsafe pavements last winter, k.c.c is working losely with district council.

    an interesting change is that certain selected parishes will have a ton of mixed salt and sand delivered to them so that they can make the decision locally what takes priority.
