17:2081764apparently the gritters have been out and about, haven't been down my way yet.
in response to criticisms over the unsafe pavements last winter, k.c.c is working losely with district council.
an interesting change is that certain selected parishes will have a ton of mixed salt and sand delivered to them so that they can make the decision locally what takes priority.

11:1282035Get in one of them cowboy firms that DDC like to employ, have u seen the footpath on Military hill they have finished the dogs hind leg and left all there signs all along the road,one of the work men said to me on Friday that dover was so old that they use it as a training ground for all services to practice there trade on.I have never seen a council Officer check any work they pay for by this bunch, just look at the road to the hospital by the bridge that was up for weeks and look at how they put it back i would tell these so could contractors you don't get paid till its finished.
