Suppose if theres any truth in them being pushy and not waiting there turn and bad mannered fair enough, but if its just because they eat to much, thats another story.
I often use the chinese in folkestone which has the same kind of deal never seen such problems, in fact the staff are very helpful/friendly

these eat all you can manage places i find rather distasteful, i have seen people pile up food they cannot hope to finish and leave it half eaten on their plates.

We used to go to Savour Aroma in Cheriton until it closed a couple of years ago, their all-you-can-eat deal said that if you left a dish you had ordered you would be charged the full menu price for it in addition to the flat rate. I have a monstrous appetite on occasion and their tactic to slow you down was to send out a large bowl of chips. The Moonflower in Dover clear your plates away and give you the dessert menu; if you then order more savoury dishes they go all sullen.
