...about 45 mins ago the earth shook for me right here in fab downtown Dover and it wasnt anything to do with passion, nor was it anything to do with me winning the rollerball lottery, nor have I been selected as a late substitue for England in the World Cup. - No - that blasted very large gun fired off two rounds in relative quick succession without any warning right above my head. Me ears are still ringing!
As I live almost directly under its flight path the bloody earth shook for me and no mistake. I almost dropped the smoked salmon and champagne..well it was a late breakfast what can I tell ya! But the bang from the gun scattered the seagulls and brought on yours trulys double whammy palpitations..Im now reaching for me pills to try and counter-effect the situation.
After a lie down and a few pink gins Oi'll be right as rain so I will.
