  took a walk down earlier just to find out just how bad the smell was.

  Wellington Dock Howard, filling up takes place when the tide comes in. Great photos.

  i always mix up the two, can never work out where one ends and the other starts martin.
  
  even the harbour board do not have a plan on their website.

  Union Street divides them Howard, Wellington to the East and Granville to the West. Granville used to be a hive of activity when Hammonds had the cargo boats coming in there, loads of casuals turning up for work and trudging away again if not picked. Many a house in Dover got their Christmas fruit from there I reckon
