The 15 that come and meet at Eythorne are mostly non-church goers and generally not in a mood to be 'seeking the light'. Quite a few are, or have been, in trouble with the authorities.

Full throttle does not require church membership or an interest in religious things from those who attend, although some are inspired by the example provided by group leaders to take an interest that they would not otherwise have had.

The groups are mostly hosted by churches, but there is not necessarily as much church involved as you may think. Some places there is more emphasis on churchy things, some less. Taking bikes apart and rebuilding them, bike maintenance, etc. plays far more of a part in the weekly gatherings than anything else.

Funding for Full Throttle comes from a number of sources including the churches which host the groups.

One of our group leaders locally also gives time in the summer months to assist in running an off-road bike/cart summer camp and through coming along to the groups there are many other opportunities for legal off-roading/road riding that are higlighted.
