    look at motorcross in St Radigunds very popular motor cycling
    that works with agencies taking the worst element of the street and training them to take motor bikes apart, and put them together again.

    then help to build the track/keep it tidy

    and then using the bikes on the track that the youths help to build the track.


    just one of many such organisations
