Is this umbrella organisation open or closed?

No doubt everybody has had their say...

Frankly, from what of the above I have read it is all way too high art. I shall stick my neck out and say that most of what is on offer for young people in Kent is ultra middle-class. There is much for Tarquin and Jocasta to get exited about.
I did find something called "Youth 2 Youth", which is Dover based and ready, willing and able to get the Adult messages across to the local kids:say NO! to.....

If there is any Go-Carting or Rally-Cross in the area, I have missed mention of it. The one thing that is down-and-dirty and could offer young people an opportunity to make a palpable difference to their environment is the WHPS. And yes, I get it. Some inroads have been made. BUT When you put an engine or a community together it IS the nut or washer left over that will come back to bight you.
I am sure also that there are open invitations for young people to take part in what the Adult world is doing, but is there a pathway for Adults to help with what the children want to do? Did any of the civil-engineering equipment in the harbour over the past months make it over to the 'Tombstoning' areas and help make that joy-filled, child-centred and character-building activity safer?
Let nobody take offence. It has long been easier to populate a Lynch-Mob than anything else. As the regular pleas here for help with the Heights, the Dour, the foot-paths, the beaches and the litter-strewn highways do attest.
Why ask me, a grizzly old white man far away? Has anybody asked the children?
