    Union-Jack bunting all around the Market Square - perhaps up Cannon Street too, would brighten up the Town.
    Perhaps the Town Council might have some made up with their crest on ?

    Bunting and flowers - hanging baskets or in tubs would go a long way to help Dover's image.
