Graffitti covered house
- 11 March 2011 16:5696517this involves a house in folkestone but as we seem linked in with shepway council thought i would post this.
there is a house in pavilion road that has been covered with graffitti for some months much to the annoyance of other residents in that road. they claim that it devalues the other houses by approx £.10,000.
the council have written to the owner/resident asking him to get it removed, but get no response.
finally they have come down and done the job and billed him £.1340 for it, which he steadfastly refuses to pay.
the bit that caught my eye was "pcyho house", maybe someone from the english defence league was involved? - 11 March 2011 18:5796552Might they have meant, "psychedelic" maaan?
