    Sue the officers will do precisely nothing once they find that it’s not on Council property. Neither will the police, only in very severe cases do they consider it constitutes criminal damage ( for instance if permanent irreparable damage has been caused). I speak from personal experience of contact with both council and police following a graffiti attack on a neighbour’s business years ago.
