    Some receptionists are very friendly and helpful while others are the complete opposite. I can just imagine how the unhelpful ones might get some patients back up especially if the patient is not feeling well.

    According to the doctor on BBC Breakfast this morning. Some of those seemingly struck off for no reason did not reply to a letter asking 'do you still want to be with this doctor' as they had not visited the doctor for a very long time, so it was assumed the patient had moved.
