    True, Paul, wind turbines depend on wind, which isn't always at hand, but there are clues to tidal and wave power, somewhere out there on the seafront.
    It's a matter of getting there. Research is needed here. The waves just keep coming, and going, and somewhere hidden among them is the answer to cheap and abundant energy.

    It's a matter of technology.
