    Keith; posting 29 para 5, parachuting councillors into wards?

    St Radigunds ward councillors, Cowan lives in The Danes(Castle ward) Mills lives in River, Your own councillor Revell lives in St Radigunds. To his credit cllr Mills did attend the childrens day on Saturday at Triangles as did cllr Revell and the Smiths from Buckland but apparently the plane that cllr Cowan was due to parachute from didn't turn up so he didn't attand.
