    let me explain;


    A cllr who at the time still served in a council ward in Dover at the time a strong conservative(thankfully not now)

    decided to move to Sheffield, his aim, with 2 years to go to next election, was to continue to serve the people of that ward from Sheffield!!!!

    Only because I and others put pressure on him and local tories

    (you were chair at time) did he resign his seat.

    He had no intention of dong so.

    I have always believed in representing people where you live/work
    so you have the knowledge.

    OF course this ex cllr is not alone, many other tory cllrs have done same across the country.

    The losers being local people
