  I thought the produce being sold by Paynes was second rate and rarely used them. However, to claim they " took up half of the pedestrain walkway" is I think a slight exaggeration. That they had no time for petty beurocracy, enforced by petty beurocrats was a plus in their favour in my opinion.
  
  And, working to a level playing field, doesn't Bobby's hot dog stand stick out just as far, isn't always in the same position and is therefore more of a danger to the blind or poor sighted?
  
  I didn't/don't have a problem with either, but then I'm not trying to make a name for myself as a local politico, despite the erroneous claims on here.
