  £14.4m from the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme.
  
  Only surprised that some wide-boy has not sold them a couple of acres of Brazilian Rain Forest, which may or may not exist, to 'offset their carbon footprint'.

  As lubricants, yes - of course. They don't need to burn billions of litres of the stuff though. Not quite sure what your point is.
