  There have been two developments along the Folkestone Road that have been appropriate for Section 106 money - the old Webbs Hotel and the Mildmay.
  
  One I believe was about £75,000, but can't remember how much was asked for the other one - that's if section 106 money was actually asked for.
  
  Checks are being made as to whether 106 money was in fact requested and if so where it is; don't forget that the money is not due until the development is completed.
  
  With the current economic climate and credit crunch, these are very difficult times and the normal valuation of 106 money may have to be reduced to a tiny percentage of what it normally would be.
