The article describes a gollywog being placed behind the window of a person's residence.
Then it goes on to explain that the owner of the house could face a £5,000 fine, or even a jail sentence of up to 2 years.

The question that I pose is, are gollywogs illegal in our Country?

The article does not explain this, which leads me to believe that they are not.

This is very worrying, that a gollywog in a person's own house can cause that person to be consigned to prison, and I think it's time that the State speaks up officially and does some explaining.
