I think it is generally accepted that the vast majority of the rubbish is washed up, on the rare visits I have made there is never anyone there other than the odd youngster smoking something illicit. The Harbour board are responsible for that stretch of beach and they have a bit of a cheek in blaming outsiders for "doing down Dover". People will have read the report and assumed It is our main beach and will be turned off visiting.
