    With no leaflets going around through letterboxes, and no public speeches to the crowds, how were the people supposed to know what UKIP had to offer once inside Invicta House in Maidstone?
    What policies do UKIP have for Kent?

    If one had some policies to offer and wanted to stand as a UKIP candidate, would UKIP as a party offer a podium to speak from and organise a gathering at the village green?
    Would UKIP central office publicly acclaim that candidate to the Public and explain to the People why they should vote that person?

    Would Nigel Farage put a personal word in for that candidate on ITV?
