    I see in the Dover Express this morning that Glyn Thomas died last week. Does anyone else remember him? He was senior orthopaedic surgeon for East Kent until he retired in 1991. He treated me after a serious car accident back in 1978 and without his care I would undoubtedly be dead or in a wheelchair now. Of course I'm only one of many he he must have helped over the years. He had parkinsons and cancer and there was also a piece in the Express a couple of weeks ago about a calendar he'd produced in aid of the Pilgrims Hospice.
