Just watched the first broadcast on the BBC a band called "James" who apparently have been around for many years. Quite liked the music but the lead singer/soloist had to be heard to be believed, would have been cheaper to get me drunk and sing in place of him, nobody would have spotted the difference.

James are normally good live. Perhaps too much cider?
Their biggest successes were in the 90's, but are still making records now.

Watched ZZTOP and the years don't seem to have improved them. Youngsters under the name of the "Foals" impressed me,.

Thoroughly enjoyed Madness who provided an hour of great entertainment as they have done since the late 70s. Suggs aged 55 danced and sang with the same enthusiasm as ever.
