Brian, I must add a note to your post 27.
There is nothing stopping people working in Europe (27 EU countries), as you say, but, IF they find a vacant job!

In fact, someone called Mr. Unemployment is stopping many from finding a job, both in East and West EUland.
Another factor might also be the difference in wage, which could stop western people getting a job in the East even if there was one going.

I think we can all agree that unemployment is a big problem in each of the 27 EU states, and personally I don't see the Brussels government having any plan to solve it.

I think too much production has been outsourced to China and India, and once I even heard on the news that there are more US dollars in China than in America, owing to China's capacity to export just about everything all over the world, thanks to their extremely low exchange-rate, which makes their average wage a joke in comparison to that of all industrialised countries.
For which reason their products are so ridiculously cheap to import. I believe they sell clothes by the tonne, not by the single item

As for India, well they have heaps of money, as their military budget proves, and their number of millionaires.

Brian, all 27 EU countries are in a mess, now stand up and admit it
