    have you sorted out the poppy drop yet if not may i suggest that the Bugler stands to one side of the stage with some one on a long step ladder behind him out of site and just drop the poppies over the Bugler as he plays the last post sorry to interfere but saw this done on Saturday and was quite afflictive
