  that is my experience alan, the last time i used them the toilets were covered in graffitti, the only snack in the bar was curried tuna in pitta bread and the bar staff were surly.
  
  the ships are well appointed and designed but that is all i can say in their favour, i much prefer p & o with their creaky vessels that have well trained staff and acceptable food.
