    I did notice that the 'crowd' scene was not one full of happy-clappers...or should that be happy-campers?...when this Conservative commitment was announced. The conference press-ganging of spectators for the event seemed to have put a few young people at the front who did not have the clapping habit either, whatever the proposal.
