  Paul , I appreciate your reply , I think once again this is an own goal , people who felt the recycling was being foisted upon them as part of a wider agenda now have the proof that they may feel they have been waiting for , and will be looking for the next stealth charge / reduction in ammenities . First the fountain then the green waste, whats next may well be the question from many .
  Personally I can cope if I am treated as an adult and not drip fed inevitabilities and forgone conclusions , if this was always part of the process then an honest upfront disclosure is what was called for
